<div itemprop="description">On March 7, 2015, Emma passed away at Miller Crossing Care Centre. <br /> <br />Emma is lovingly remembered by Son John Andrus (Ruby), Daughter Margaret Anderson (Bill Kragbak), Grandchildren Garry (Janet), Eric (Tracey), Sandra (Calvin), Bruce (Julie), Gail, Great grandchildren Tessa (Jason), Shawn, Dylan (Tatiana), Morgan, Kayla (Davin), Dallas, Corry, Sachi, Layla, Andrea, Jesse (Aisha), Jenna (Ben), Nickolas, Great-Great Grandchildren Tayla, Sarah, Son In-law Victor; and numerous family and friends. <br /> <br />Emma was predeceased by Daughter in-law Olga Andrus, Granddaughter Colleen. <br /> <br />Emma began her epic journey February 22, 1912 at Star City, Saskatchewan heading west to Grand Forks, B. C. where she ran a local convenience store, worked in a butcher shop as a clerk and looked after her parents. Later in life she moved to Edmonton, Alberta to be closer to her family. Most of her life Emma was an avid Jehovah&rsquo;s Witness and enjoyed the happiness it brought to her. <br /> <br />Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah&rsquo;s Witnesses, 5004 121 Avenue NW, on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 3:00pm. <br /> <br />The family would like to thank Miller Crossing, Howard &amp; McBride - Chapel of Chimes, Evergreen Memorial Gardens and Kingdom Hall of Jehovah&rsquo;s Witnesses. <br /> <br />In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Emma Andrus to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah&rsquo;s Witnesses. <br /></div>
